In episode 17 of the film, the audience heard the old story between him and Van Tuoc (Ngai Mi) - the sworn sister of the female lead Van Vi Sam.

Van Tuoc was originally an assassin of Vo Phong, assigned to sneak into the Palace Gate to steal the secret medicine Bach Thao Tuy. However, her whereabouts were unfortunately exposed and this was the beginning of a beautiful but tragic love story. The two accidentally met and fell in love with each other.

Nguyet Cong Tu wanted to use a trick to deceive Vo Phong, making the organization think that Van Tuoc had been killed by Cung Mon so that she would have a chance to leave the hell on earth and live her own life.
