The beauty said she underwent many minor surgeries to correct facial contours and two major surgeries. She went to Thailand to transgender last February. On March 19, 2022, she flew from Thailand to Vietnam and went to the operating table in the afternoon on the same day of breast augmentation surgery.

Satisfaction is my first feeling after waking up on the operating table because finally my dream has come true, life seems to have turned a new page. I am satisfied with my current body. I burst into tears when my mother held my hand and introduced everyone that 'this is my daughter', she confided.

Trang Nhung said she participated in Miss International Queen Vietnam 2023 to mark her journey of change and development after two contests and towards her goals.
