On the evening of December 9, runner-up Bui Khanh Linh returned to Ho Chi Minh City after 3 weeks in Egypt to compete in the Miss Intercontinental 2024 contest. Bui Khanh Linh's third runner-up title helps Vietnam extend its streak of achievements at the Miss Intercontinental pageant, following Miss Bao Ngoc (2022) and second runner-up Ngoc Hang (2023).

Bui Khanh Linh, 22 years old, from Bac Giang, a student at the Vietnam Academy of Agriculture. In 2023, she won the first runner-up title of Miss Grand Vietnam. Miss Intercontinental 2024 takes place from November 20. The final night of the contest will be held on December 7 in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. This year, 70 contestants from many countries and territories compete for the crown.
