Maria D. Cepero: The beauty who surpassed Bui Khanh Linh to be crowned Miss Intercontinental

María D. Cepero, a beauty from Puerto Rico, was crowned Miss Intercontinental 2024 on December 6 in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt. She beat out more than 50 other contestants to claim the title, bringing her country its fifth Miss Intercontinental crown.

María D. Cepero was born and raised in Aibonito, Puerto Rico. She is currently a law student at the University of Puerto Rico. Before competing in Miss Intercontinental, María had extensive experience in beauty pageants. She was a Top 5 finisher at Miss World America 2023 and was the 1st runner-up at Miss World Puerto Rico 2024.
