On the evening of September 25, the final round of the Mister Vietnam 2024 contest took place in Ho Chi Minh City. Overcoming 19 other strong competitors, Nguyen Manh Lan won the final victory. He had a surprising comeback.

Receiving the decisive question "Who deserves the title of champion of Mister Vietnam 2024?" from Mr. Pradit Pradinunt - Chairman of Mister International, Manh Lan said: "I am not only good at foreign languages but also have love. I was born and raised in Vietnam and will promote the country's culture to international friends". Especially Manh Lan's last sentence: "He may be good at English, but I am good at both languages" made the audience applaud enthusiastically. Manh Lan's confident and "cutthroat" answer helped him surpass contestant Tran Chan Long to win the title of champion of Mister Vietnam.

He added that one of the physical criteria for Mister Vietnam 2024 is "slim fit body" (a balanced, toned figure, low fat percentage and not too focused on muscle building - PV). Before competing internationally, Manh Lan will receive advice and training support from fitness coaches.

"Having a beautiful body is not easy but not too difficult. People with a foundation can achieve their goal in just 3 months. Manh Lan fits the criteria and has enough time to practice his body as well as cultivate other necessary knowledge," according to the Head of the Jury.
