In this work, Viet Huong takes on the role of Mrs. Le. She works as a rescuer for people lost in the river and lives with her young daughter. At the same time, Viet Huong accepted to be immersed in water for many hours to get a satisfactory scene at the request of director Nguyen Huu Hoang.

In addition to being soaked in water, Viet Huong also had to wade through mud to complete scenes as requested by the director. Viet Huong added: "The actors all wore a lot of white protective clothing so I could check to see if leeches were attached to my body or if anything dangerous was happening.
