The passing of former One Direction member Liam Payne at the age of 31 on October 16 after falling from the third floor of a hotel has shocked and saddened the global public because the singer was still so young.

Many colleagues, friends, and relatives have posted articles in memory of Liam Payne, making the audience emotional. Recently, Liam Payne's ex-girlfriend, dancer Danielle Peazer, shared a long letter on her personal Instagram page, revealing the last message the late singer sent her before he passed away.

Liam Payne's ex-girlfriend said: "Getting your message a few weeks ago expressing your happiness about the love I found in Sonny and Mia is something I will cherish forever." Accordingly, Sonny Jay is the current husband of Danielle Peazer and their daughter is named Mia.

She continued: "His most important role and the thing he is most proud of in all his great successes is that he is a father.

The thought of a child now growing up without a parent is heartbreaking and unfair. To Liam's son Bear, as well as his parents and siblings, my love, thoughts and strength are with you. This loss is unfathomable and I will continue to support you in any way I can."

Danielle Peazer then shared a direct statement addressed to the former One Direction member, in which she used Liam Payne's initials "LJP" and wrote that his death "hasn't really happened yet."

"Despite knowing how hard it was for you over the years, I hoped and prayed that this day would never come. But now we all have to face the reality of living a life without you. At times like this, people say, 'I hope he knows how much I care for him,' but I know you know how I feel, which is something we're really good at - being brutally honest about our feelings for each other, whether the other person wants to hear it or not," the dancer shared.

According to Danielle Peazer, although she once called her ex-boyfriend "her favorite person in the world," she admitted that they often had their differences while dating: "You could also annoy me a lot and sometimes I could also drive you crazy.

It's something we've learned to accept from each other over the past 14 years, we can disagree on a lot of things but still care for each other when needed and laugh about our disagreements and petty behavior 10 minutes later.

Our relationship may have ended in 2013, but that seems to have been just the beginning of our story. The things we have been through and experienced since then until last year may be described as unique to some and misunderstood by others, but I think deep down we always knew that we would have some kind of connection forever, no matter where our separate lives took us.
