She confided: "As a girl born in an environment with a lot of energy, which had a lot of influence on my psychology when I grew up, I found common ground between my personal story and the ideals of the Miss Grand Vietnam contest.

When I was able to overcome the pain, I thought I had experience, I had compassion, I wanted to have a voice, to take action to fight violence more. I believe that when I have enough faith and my heart is warm enough, the light will shine on me to find the way."

Previously, the information that the beauty Le Nam appeared at the additional preliminary for contestants who could not attend the official preliminary on July 3 of Miss Grand Vietnam 2024, surprised the public. Present at the event, the beauty Nguyen Thi Le Nam attracted attention with her strange appearance and personality hair. She chose to wear trousers and an elegant white shirt, instead of gorgeous evening dresses like other contestants.

Appearing at the additional preliminaries, the beauty Le Nam also brought a book written by herself and sold it to raise funds. Sharing with the judges, Nam Em's sister said that she wrote the book Inner Strength in 6 months and used the profits to donate to the Prevention and Prevention Fund. Beauty Tien Giang shared that she has sold 100 copies and will publish the book for the 2nd time. Coming to Miss Grand Vietnam 2024, she wishes to continue this journey, hoping to receive everyone's support.

However, while chatting with the judges, Le Nam performed a short song, she suddenly choked up because she missed Nam Em. The beauty burst into tears in front of everyone and was comforted by the president of Miss Grand Vietnam.

This is one of the rare moments when Le Nam reappears to the public after many turbulent days of her family. In the past time, Nam Em and her fiancé have encountered a lot of noise and have been boycotted by the audience. This also affected Le Nam equally. However, she still stands by her sister and supports all of Nam Em's decisions.

"This is the 3rd time I have participated in a beauty contest, I also think a lot before making a decision. However, this year is also the last chance because I am 28 years old. Therefore, I came here with a willingness to do the best I can, and above all, to be able to continue my journey for community projects. Hopefully, Miss Grand Vietnam 2024 will give me more confidence, open up more opportunities to work and contribute more to society," Le Nam choked up and shared.
