People looking at the menu can see that lunch costs only 19.9 usd (about 460,000 VND). If everyone goes in a large group of more than 10 people, it's only 16 usd. That means it's only as cheap as a bowl of pho. And dinner costs only 23 usd, but the food is definitely fresh, free for children under 4 years old.
