Specifically, singer Khanh Ly said that in real life she never "put yogurt" for Trinh Cong Son or dared to use casual words with him, such as: "Mr. dialogue in the movie).

In addition, the female singer also confirmed that she had never come from Da Lat to B'lao to visit Trinh Cong Son. But in the movie, there is a scene where Khanh Ly and Trinh Cong Son stand hugging each other by the campfire in front of the musician's hut in B'lao.

However, many people think that the film about musician Trinh Cong Son clearly depicts Khanh Ly's image, so the singer has the right to speak up if many untrue details are included in the film, making viewers misunderstand people as well as the relationship between singers and musicians.

Previously, on June 16, Khanh Ly met the Hanoi press on the occasion of returning home to organize the last tour through Vietnam. The singer received questions about the movie Em and Trinh, causing a stir in public opinion because of the controversial image of Trinh Cong Son.

She believes that audiences should absolutely go to the movies to support the country's cinema. According to Khanh Ly, it can be difficult for a producer to build a movie based on a real prototype, who is an influential person.

When asked if making a film inspired by Trinh Cong Son has affected the image of the late musician, she said: "I insist that the film has no effect on Mr. Trinh Cong Son's image. When people have love a musician, nothing can change that love."
