Hai suddenly died in a plane explosion right after meeting her, leaving Khanh Ly with unspeakable injustices.

The second love is also Khanh Ly's first husband. That year, Khanh Ly was 16 years old. She had to do a lot of manual jobs to earn money to support her children, including the arduous work of janitors and toilet cleaners.

The meeting with journalist Nguyen Hoang Doan in the US created a new turn for Khanh Ly's life in the foreign country. Compared to the position of a big star in the artistic sky like Khanh Ly, Nguyen Hoang Doan is just a faint shadow behind his wife. It was 1976, two people moved in together, relied on each other, and together overcome the first difficult days in the foreign country.

A few years later, Khanh Ly gradually found a job to sing again. When she started to have a better income from singing and needed to develop her career, he retired to work as her back.

He said: "I work as a journalist, so I think I also have the blood of an artist. When I married Khanh Ly, I definitely quit my job, cut off my career to work for my wife. I edited music. music, video recording... it's also an interesting discovery and I'm passionate about it.Even, I feel happier than when I work as a journalist.I still remember in 1997, when a Japanese station did a reportage.
