The campaign is Jisoo's first foray into contemporary fashion, following the announcement of her own label and agency, Blissoo, in February.
The brand has primarily worked with supermodels such as Emily Ratajkowski, Gigi Hadid, Irina Shayk and Bella Hadid since its founding in 2013.
Han Chong â founder and creative director of Self-Portrait â expressed his excitement and praised Jisoo in a press release, emphasizing that the purpose of the campaign was to showcase "her beauty, both inside and out."
He shared about the collaboration and shared with TeenVogue: "Music has always played an important role in my life, it has been a universal language, accompanied me since childhood, connecting me to communities from all over the world.
Artists quickly became a great source of inspiration for me as a designer â through their costumes, chameleon-like evolution and mesmerizing performances.

This confirmation of the partnership is just a new step in her relationship with Self-Portrait as Jisoo has worn the brand's outfits many times before, and she has shown that she loves and matches designer Han Chong's style.
"She wore our collection on stage and many of the brand's items were also featured in Jisoo's wardrobe, so we considered this first campaign a natural and formal step forward for our relationship.
