On social media sites, many people immediately called out and criticized Jack. Once again, comments attacking the singer were rampant everywhere. The image of the guy was seriously affected.

By the evening of the same day, Jack's agency had officially issued a statement responding to the information that was being circulated. At the same time, he confirmed that the singer does not advertise for the red and black website.

The Ben Tre native also added that the image of him wearing a jersey emblazoned with the website logo comes from a visit to Aston Villa Club in Birmingham (England) in December 2023. They insisted Jack was invited by Aston Villa to visit and work.

Although the "bookmaker" is the partner who sponsors the shirt for Aston Villa, the singer's side still insists he is not related to them but only works directly with the club. "The fact that Jack wears an Aston Villa kit when carrying out activities at the stadium is evident to show courtesy and respect for the good faith of the club.

Contrary to current misinformation, we confirm that Jack did not receive and carry out any promotional activities or increase engagement for Aston Villa shirt sponsors," Jack's company said in a statement.

Accompanying the post, the company also shared a photo of an invitation letter from Aston Villa sent to Jack last December to prove what it said was true. Earlier in February, images of Jack appeared on the red-and-black web. The web post said he was a bridge to promote the betting website to Vietnamese users: "Thanks to Jack's visit, the image of the betting house has been more widely disseminated to Asia, especially in Vietnam."

Soon after, the singer immediately denied advertising for this website and also confirmed that he only works directly with Aston Villa club.

The singer also claimed that the red and black web took the image he used for the wrong purpose. According to Jack, the site later removed the post for using images without his permission.
