With her gentle beauty and intelligence, Ngoc Quynh has excelled over thousands of contestants to win the highest title. The first and second runner-ups of the contest respectively belonged to Huynh Kim Anh and Le Thi Anh Tuyet, two bright faces of the Vietnamese beauty queen village.

It is also thanks to the title of Miss Vietnam Tourism 2024 that Huynh Kim Anh's name has reached a new height. "Up to this point, Kim Anh is still overwhelmed and emotional when she won the title of 1st Runner-up of Miss Vietnam Tourism 2024. Before entering the Miss Tourism Vietnam 2024 contest, Huynh Kim Anh had already asserted herself by entering the Top 10 Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 and Top 10 Miss Tourism Vietnam 2022. This success further motivated the beauty to pursue her dream.
