"The nature of the program is related to the organization of the beauty contest, but the unit has not submitted enough documents. We requested to postpone the press conference and be complied with by the organizer", Ms. Tran said.

We complied and proactively canceled to add more documents. The event took place, so the Organizing Committee did not have time to inform the contestants, guests and the media."
