I wake up at 5am, do tasks like cooking pho broth, arranging noodles, pho, slicing meat, onions, I will order these things in advance and at 4am someone will deliver them to the restaurant. Next is cleaning, clearing tables, bowls and chopsticks... waiting for customers to arrive. I will sell from morning to noon. Afternoon is the time to clean, rest, and prepare for the evening shift. At night, my restaurant sells until 10pm or later." It can be seen that for the pho restaurant to run smoothly, Hong Nhung must be the one in charge of everything, knowing how to do everything.

Up to now, after 3 years of opening the restaurant, Hong Nhung has paid off the initial investment loan. "Luckily, the premises are my family's house, so it doesn't cost too much. I'm also saving mone.y to open another pho restaurant if possible or renovate the current store,... Because this is still the job I love. Being close to my family, selling pho is a stable source of income, because I have a certain number of customers. At night, I close the restaurant after 10pm. And there are a million other things to worry about and calculate...
