Regarding this scandal, according to Thanh Nien newspaper, Mr. Ta Quang Dong - Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism said that the two artists above returned to Vietnam safely on the afternoon of August 7.

Specifically, Mr. Ta Quang Dong said: "I haven't met them yet, so I don't know the specifics of the incident, they just made a preliminary report like that. In another development, talking to Thanh Nien on the afternoon of August 8, People's Artist Trung Hieu, Director of the Hanoi Drama Theater, said: "Up to now, the theater has not been able to contact Hong Dang."

"I tried to contact Hong Dang to see how specific information is, but I have not been able to contact Hong Dang. After returning home, I have to present and report to the theater," said People's Artist Trung Hieu.

Mr. Hieu added, Hanoi Drama Theater will ask Hong Dang to present as soon as possible, solve the case immediately, as soon as the actor can be contacted.

According to People's Artist Trung Hieu, it is not possible to say whether Hong Dang will be forced to resign or not.

"We have to rely on Hong Dang's explanation, consider the case, and then come up with a form to handle it. The handling will be according to the law on civil servants and public employees. Serious consequences will be forced to quit. And now It is not possible to have a disciplinary action right now," said Mr. Hieu.

Similarly, Dr. Le Anh Tuan, Director of the Vietnam National Academy of Music, said that the school has not been able to contact male musician Ho Hoai Anh:

"I have not received official information from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, I only know that Ho Hoai Anh has returned to the country through the press. I am verifying information whether Ho Hoai Anh has returned, and then asked the Board of The Dean of the Faculty of Traditional Music contacted his family and invited Ho Hoai Anh to work.
