He emphasized that Nguyen Thi Thao had a "working attitude and behavior that did not respect the organizers", she violated 2 terms:

"Since being crowned Nguyen Thi Thao, it has not been possible to keep the image of Miss according to the criteria of the Organizers, although the Organizers have given directions and rules right after being crowned, but received a non-cooperative attitude from Miss Global Entrepreneur 2023.

Third, inciting violence, propagating wars of aggression, causing hatred between peoples and peoples of countries, adversely affecting foreign relations.

Fourth, using costumes, words, sounds, images, movements, means of expression and forms of behavior performance contrary to the fine customs and customs of the nation, negatively impacting on morality, public health and psychosocial well-being.
