"Dad, mother, and husband are the ones who will control your life. If your parents want you to get married, you have to agree. If your husband says you can't go to school, you have to stay at home to take care of your children, you have to agree. It's really difficult, so I want to change those things. H'Mong girls and Lao women are often very shy and unconfident. So when I came here, many confident representatives of Laos expressed my surprise when I came here with confidence from Laos.

Payengxa Lor also revealed, she is an English teacher in Laos: "I started teaching English at the age of 16, initially teaching online. When I started learning English, I found it very useful in accessing online resources.

English is a big problem in Laos where only 5% of the population speak it. That's why I want to help my community, help children be good at English. I believe that English is not only the key but also the tool to success."
