DV Huong Tuoi: Famous for 'Weekend Meeting', marrying a younger man, would rather quit his job than give up his children

Huong Tuoi (actor Thu Huong) is not a strange name to many viewers. She is famous for her comedy skits in the program "Meet the Weekend", "Laughing Gala". In skits, actress Thu Huong often pairs with artist Pham Bang.

Huong Tuoi was born in 1970, in Hanoi. Fans are used to the image of Huong Tuoi being red, jovial, and sour in comedy skits. The lively performance of lead and the slow talk of the late artist Pham Bang complement each other, making each skit interesting to viewers.

For actor Huong Tuoi, artist Pham Bang is not simply a co-star. He is an idol, a father, and a teacher that she has admired since she was a university student. Huong Tuoi often criticizes "boss Bang" as a difficult person. But without that fastidiousness and neatness, there would not be a Huong Tuoi of today, without the sarcastic comedy skits that everyone likes. In 7th grade, Huong Tuoi was allowed to live at Hanoi Children's Palace by her parents. After that, she studied drama at the Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Palace. From supporting roles to older siblings, the passion for art grew in Huong Tuoi.

Graduating from grade 12, Huong Tuoi passed the acting exam, course III, University of Theater and Cinema in 1988. Thought the whole family would be happy, but unexpectedly, her family did not want her fresh to do art. However, because of her passion, she still overcomes barriers to pursue her dream.

In her private life, like many actors in the North, Huong Tuoi is very secretive. Many years ago, when her children were young, she revealed that she was the woman of the family. When she left the stage aura, Huong Tuoi returned to her daily life in the role of a woman of the family, personality but disciplined. For her, family is always number one, a solid foundation for success today.

No matter how busy she is, she always finds time to take care of the housework. Thu Huong's motto: "children first". So when her daughter was over two years old, she was weaned, not afraid of being "bad" as an actress.

As the face of the Vietnamese comedy village, Huong Tuoi received many invitations from the voters, but she always refused because "money is also needed, but my children are not always 1-2 years old like now to cared for". That's why, except for the work of the Theater, she has to go to far away, she never leaves her children to perform for many days.

Work aside, with Huong Tuoi, family meals must always be guaranteed. She always goes to the kitchen and prepares food for the whole family. Every day she went to the show all day, she stayed up all night to make food for her grandfather and daughter.

When she is not performing, she can play with her daughter all day, feed, tell stories, read poetry... Thu Huong always feels "hungry" to play with her children. In the way of educating her children, she always chooses the natural development, letting them familiarize themselves with everything.

Following on her personal page, Huong Tuoi is still young and beautiful every day. The first daughter graduated from high school and went to university, while the younger son is in middle school. Huong Tuoi has always loved art but balances work and family. At this point, she is satisfied with what she has built.

Huong Tuoi once shared about her life that: "I am fortunate to be born in a family with a good foundation, cheerful and optimistic personality. From a young age, my mother taught me to look at life. So simple, so funny.

The name Huong Tuoi officially appeared when I returned to work at the Youth Theater. Often the audience could not see me on stage, only heard the laughter.

Sometimes going to funerals also bothers me because I talk normally, but I'm just afraid that someone will laugh when I hear it. Sometimes I play a dramatic role, acting seriously, so I often have to try to adjust to meet the requirements of the film. There are a lot of anecdotes to be told, but it's also my luck to have that nickname."

Although she owns many roles that are loved by the audience, gradually Huong Tuoi feels that she is no longer interested in the movie.

The actress confided: "I no longer want to accept roles with old motifs and colors. As for roles that people don't criticize, but don't praise, I consider it my own failure.

I am also aware that I must stop, not be too greedy. If according to the market and tastes, my professional conscience does not allow it. If there's a good role, I can play it without a paycheck.

It's not easy but I believe art has no limits. If I wait patiently, it will come. Sometimes I participate in some interesting and meaningful talkshows. As for comedy, the frequency is also less."

The beauty affirmed that she can quit her job but can't leave her children. "I carefully allocate time to spend with my family because the children's school schedule is terrible. I am a perfectionist, so I always want to pick up and take care of them myself.

I don't have a maid at home, but I consider doing housework as an effective exercise. Although it is hard work, it is the job within reach and also the functional responsibility of women. For me, being busy is happiness," she said.

Huong Tuoi added: "I can quit my job, but I can't leave my child. My teachers keep complimenting me that I didn't expect the artist's mother to be so thoughtful. My daughter is studying in grade 8, also in high school. Age has a lot of psychological changes, so it needs to be taken care of better. I'm very happy that he is very good and studies well. For me, happiness is as simple as that.

After hard trips away from home, fresh Huong found herself happy when she returned to her home with two obedient and smart children.
