In the year of high school, Indochina continued to sing while working as an MC to save money for school. After graduating, Indochina registered to enter the Can Tho Intermediate School of Culture and Arts and became the 8th person out of 12 selected with a total of 4,000 candidates.

The university environment made it easier for Indochina to promote his singing ability. He participated in many singing competitions throughout the West. Thanks to his natural talent and the guidance of the teachers at the school, Indochina continuously received many awards.

At this time, the popularity of Indochina had a certain coverage in the West. However, he felt that he needed to develop more, so Indochina decided to pack a towel to go to Saigon to participate in national level competitions.

Indochina has worked many jobs to earn money from gas station staff, restaurant waiters to stand to pull the door for guests to come in or sing at night. Life is hard, but Indochina is still optimistic and happy.

After a while, Indochina collected some money and borrowed more, he decided to invest in a product called Dream Angel. He also invited Pham Thanh Thao and Le Kim Ngoc to participate in this song. Unlike Indochina's expectations, this album of his was not successful. This once again made Indochina feel disappointed because it failed again.

Returning with empty hands, Indochina still remembers those miserable days. He said that because he had no money, he only went to many places with exactly one suit. Even when there was no way to manage, Indochina chose to sell blood to make money. He believes that he is not doing anything illegal.

Indochina's first role was in the TV series Heart Da Woman. Initially, he was commented by the director as acting unnatural and stiff.
