Actor Huynh Anh Tuan, a familiar face to Vietnamese audiences through many roles on screen and recently the image of a cheerful "cooking uncle" on social networks, hardly anyone could have imagined that he was standing on such a fragile line between life and death.
After a long period of treatment, on the evening of September 21, the actor's assistant officially announced the good news: Huynh Anh Tuan has recovered and is ready to return to the public. In an emotional sharing, the assistant recounted for the first time the actor's entire journey of fighting the disease, when his health has stabilized a lot.
According to the story, the incident happened on the evening of June 31, 2025. Actor Huynh Anh Tuan suddenly lost consciousness and was taken to the emergency room. The ambulance was running at full speed, taking only 1 hour and 30 minutes to travel from Ba Ria - Vung Tau to the hospital. On that journey, he fell into a critical state twice, seemingly unable to survive. Relatives had to contact his children in the US, preparing for the worst, because no one was sure what would happen.
Doctors determined that Huynh Anh Tuan had suffered a stroke in both his heart and brain, with a mortality rate of up to 80%. However, a miracle happened when the heart intervention was successful. However, the brain could not be intervened by medicine but had to "follow the will of heaven". He was taken to the intensive care room. For 15 days and nights, his relatives were always in a state of anxiety waiting for news. Finally, the actor escaped danger and was able to leave his private room. However, that was only the beginning of a difficult battle. Helplessness rose in his heart, but hope was always nurtured.

Perseverance in practicing with doctors and support from modern rehabilitation technology has brought about amazing results. Huynh Anh Tuan can now speak clearly, his hands can move and his mind becomes clear and flexible. This is not only the revival of a person but also the return of a talented actor and a lively "cooking uncle" close to the audience.

Now, he has returned to his daily life, with his family and beloved audience. Acting or cooking are not the top priorities, because the most important thing right now is to live healthy and happy.
Regarding future orientation, due to the voice and right hand still being weak, the assistant will continue to accompany the actor on his personal channel as a narrator.
