However, because he is too passionate about work, his health is affected. Cris Phan revealed that he used to have a heart attack when he worked too much, or stayed up at night and drank energy drinks.

"I had a heart attack on Valentine's Day 2016. At that time, I was well known to many people, and I had a channel of 1 million subs. I put pressure on myself how many clips I have to have in 1 week. I do it continuously, make my own content, shoot clips, act... Plus staying up at night and drinking energy drinks should cause a heart attack. From then on, I didn't dare to stay up late and give up soft drinks," the male Youtuber shared in the Have A Sip - After Hours podcast.

Not only a Youtuber, Cris Phan is also an actor with notable roles in online movies and movies. He has participated in many famous film projects such as "The Inn Has Too Heavenly Room", "Mrs. 5 Bong", "Unstable Classroom", and "Martial Arts of the Great War".
