Trang and his accomplices were prosecuted for the same crime of disturbing public order under Clause 1, Article 318 of the Penal Code, with a maximum penalty of 2 years in prison. The trial was chaired by Judge Nguyen Nhat Minh.

However, as noted, this morning (May 31) Nemo page was suddenly absent. Trang Nemo's accomplices including Quy, Khuong, and Nam were all present at the trial. On the victim's side, Ms. Pham Le Khanh was present at the District 1 People's Court at 8 am this morning (May 31).

When asked by the jury about the reason why defendant Nguyen Xuan Huong Trang was absent from the court today, Trang Nemo's lawyer said that defendant Trang was hospitalized on the evening of May 30. Specifically, around 10pm yesterday (May 30), the lawyer received a text message from Trang Nemo's husband informing that defendant Trang had to be hospitalized. Currently, Trang Nemo is waiting for the hospital's admission letter to submit to the court.

This news caused a stir among those present. Pham Le Khanh - the victim in the case after the trial also said: "After going to the court hearing but hearing that Trang was absent like this, I was also disappointed, I just hope the case will be resolved soon and have results. ultimately appropriate".

Khanh also added, Trang Nemo once offered to meet to apologize, now Khanh invited Trang Nemo to come to her house to meet, but Trang Nemo refused with the reason that she was a celebrity: " Trang said that Trang is a celebrity. Celebrities, afraid to come to my house, will be filmed by my family, taking pictures of Trang, making her image bad. Trang also said that because she's famous, busy filming, going to events, she doesn't have time to come to my house" - Ms. Khanh said

Before that, the clash between Trang Nemo and Khanh happened in early 2022, causing the whole social network to stir. Specifically, on the afternoon of January 16, 2022, Ms. My, Ms. Pham Le Khanh, Ms. Tran Thi Hoang Yen went to Trang Nemo store. Here, Ms. My and Ms. Yen entered the store to meet Trang to apologize for the conflict related to previous sales, while Ms. Khanh stood outside. During the conversation, Khanh entered the store and had words to defend My and then had an argument with the opposing group. Khanh was then snatched by Trang's group, rushed to beat the council, and was injured and had to be hospitalized. The incident was livestreamed by Trang Nemo, hundreds of people flocked to the store to watch, causing chaos on Nguyen Trai Street.

The police then invited the relevant people to the headquarters to work. The victim suffered 3% injuries, filed a criminal complaint against Trang and his accomplices.

On November 16, 2022, the People's Court of District 1 opened the first-instance trial of Trang Nemo and his accomplices. The representative of the People's Procuracy of District 1 suggested that the jury sentenced Trang Nemo, Pham Quyen Quy, and Nguyen Ngoc Khuong to sentences of 6-12 months in prison; proposed defendant Phan Hoang Nam a sentence of 12-18 months in prison.

After that, the People's Court of District 1 returned the additional investigation file to clarify Ms. Pham Le Khanh's claim against those who caused her injury. According to Thanh Nien newspaper, in the latest indictment, the People's Procuracy of District 1 stated that for the act of intentionally causing injury to Ms. Pham Le Khanh 3%, because it was not possible to determine who caused Ms. Khanh's injury. and beat outside or inside Trang Nemo's store, so the District 1 Police have decided to impose an administrative penalty on Trang Nemo and those involved in the case.

In this case, defendant Nguyen Phuoc Tuan died during the additional investigation, so the investigation agency suspended the investigation for this defendant. According to the indictment, Trang Nemo and his accomplices were prosecuted under Clause 1, Article 318 of the Penal Code, with a fine ranging from VND 5-50 million, a non-custodial reform for up to 2 years or a prison term of 3 months - 2 years.
