However, she can still file a lawsuit again according to the law.

In case of absence due to legitimate reasons such as force majeure or objective obstacles, the Court may consider postponing the trial to ensure Ms. Nhung's rights.

The dispute between Ms. Nhung and Ms. Vo Thi Hong Loan (daughter of the late artist) is related to inheritance rights and the request to cancel a specific decision. The case has been accepted by the court since June 2023 and has received much public attention.
