Graduating with a master's degree in business administration from Chapman University, Mr. Huy applied for a job as a salesman at ACB himself without telling his parents.

Only when he was admitted to ACB and worked at ACB did Mr. Huy informed his family. Working at ACB for 3 years, Mr. Huy returned to the US to study for a doctorate because at that time he was still a low-level employee, there was not much pressure, so he liked to study more.

In 2012, when ACB elected Kien, the chair of this bank was vacant and no one seemed to want to accept it.

At that time, many members of the ACB Board of Directors had to resign, an independent member of the Board of Directors when offered to become the new chairman refused.
