At dawn on August 3, singer Che Phi (son of singer Che Linh) was assaulted by a group of tattooed youths at an apartment building in Ward 21, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.

According to camera footage, the incident happened at 1:11 a.m., this time singer Che Phi was with another man. When they arrived at the garage door, there was an argument with another resident, then two more tattooed young men, wearing helmets, rushed in to beat the male singer's council.

Che Phi admitted in anger that he had a jostling action with the young man: "Thought that such a quarrel was the end of the story, unexpectedly after a while, five other people came to attack me. I ran up to the common hall. migrated, tried to enter the elevator but was caught up by this group of people and rushed in and beat him brutally".

Discovering the incident, the apartment security guard ran to intervene but failed. The male singer was beaten by a council, resulting in lying motionless on the floor and injured in the hands, feet and eyes.

Singer Che Phi shared: "After I was beaten, I lost consciousness, and later I was helped to go home by security. This morning I went to Binh Thanh Hospital for a checkup, now I still have headaches and nausea."

Currently, Binh Thanh District Police have received information and recorded the incident. The male singer is waiting for the results of the injury determination to continue handling in accordance with the law.

Che Phi's real name is Luu Hoang Phi, born in 1971. He is a singer, songwriter, son of famous singer Che Linh with his first wife, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hiep, a former employee of the Saigon Electricity Department.

His parents divorced when he was very young. Therefore, Che Phi stayed with her mother for a few months and then stayed with her father for a few months. In 1980, his father crossed the border to Canada and brought his eldest son (singer Che Phuong). At that time, Che Phi was only 9 years old.

When he left, he left the villa by the Saigon Bridge for his first wife, but she refused to stay, partly because she worked far away and partly because she was granted a house by the state.
