BTV Manh Cuong (SN 1995, Hanoi) is a face that is not too strange to TV audiences. It is known that Manh Cuong is a former Physics student of Nguyen Hue School for the Gifted - Hanoi. After graduating from high school, he was admitted to the University of Banking and studied at the Faculty of Banking. Since his student days, Manh Cuong has participated in a number of hosting contests, had the opportunity to contact and work with a number of famous editors and MCs. In his 2nd year of university, he also won the first prize in the school's student MC contest.

Talking about the opportunity to work as a reporter at Vietnam Television, Manh Cuong said: "Entering VTV with a little capital from working as a host from students and a little post-production skills. From scratch, I learned from how to write news, make reportage, how to work in the field, as a focal point, and then participate in bigger programs such as the annual gala... On that journey, I received very careful support and instruction from journalist Ngo Thanh Vu, Cuong's direct leader, brothers and sisters in the Culture group, Culture - Society department gave me a lot of experience in the profession. Therefore, "unemployment" for me is no longer difficult and disadvantageous.

I started as a news reporter of VTV24 News Center, in charge of cultural reports of the 24h Motion news. And for the reporter of VTV24, now VTV Digital, I will have to do it at all stages: From finding topics, contacting, operating, leading the scene, post-production and broadcasting. That is, every reporter in VTV24 will do all the work to bring 1 product on the air.

This is like building a house from that foundation, laying each brick is an experience, experience, and skill learned through each news article, report, conversation, focus, or gala program; so that when the house is strong enough, I will be ready to take on new challenges. And now I am the main lead of 24h Movement is a new challenge, a new opportunity for me to "build" my house.

Talking about the difficulties when working at VTV, Manh Cuong said: "For young people, working at Television in general and VTV Digital (VTV24) in particular is an ideal environment. We are exposed to a professional television environment, with a fast spin of news but allowed to be creative without limits. And sometimes it's the constant creative pressure that allows us to develop our skills more, faster and more breakthrough.

The biggest difficulty is to keep pace with the machine and do the assigned tasks well in a thoughtful but always creative way. Creativity, creativity, and creativity have been the biggest challenges for me during my 5 years working here. Sometimes you run out of ideas and those are the most stressful times."

Not only impressed with his handsome appearance, attractive and professional way of leading the show, Manh Cuong is also admired by his happy marriage with his wife in the same industry, Huong Giang. Currently, Huong Giang is working at the Vietnam National Defense TV channel.

Sharing about married life, Manh Cuong said that the two are in the same profession and the same age, so there is harmony and understanding. His wife supports him a lot at work. The two try to balance their work schedules at the TV station to make time for themselves and their families.

He and his wife are active on social networks. The two set up a TikTok channel called TV Family, with 1.7 million followers. The fanpage of the same name on Facebook of Manh Cuong and his wife also attracted nearly 650 thousand followers. The posts and photos of the BTV couple on social networks also attract a large amount of interaction.

Talking about his wife, the male MC said: "Cuong's wife is BTV, MC of Vietnam Defense Television channel. As my colleague and stylist before every broadcast. Fortunately, there is a wife at the same job, so she understands and sympathizes with this "turbulent" TV job.
