Free Fire, the most popular game in the battle royale series, will feature a collaboration with South Korean boy band BTS. Free Fire often cooperates with cult brands, celebrities and names that surprise players. These partnerships bring new events, in-game items, skins, and more rewards.
Accordingly, in a recent photo posted on the Garena Free Fire homepage globally, it was announced that the unexpected appearance of 7 hidden characters will cooperate with this game in the near future. Although there is no official information yet, but based on the number of members with the same style, many global gamers immediately confirmed that this is Big Hit's pet group.
Most likely the game will have new characters based on images from the characters of the global music group or gamers will have new costumes. This is similar to how Son Tung M-TP or Cristiano Ronaldo appeared in Free Fire.
Free Fire is the world's leading game in terms of players and has achieved many achievements over time. If you follow the development journey of Free Fire, especially in recent times, it will not be too surprising.
Because this game has collaborated with many big stars or popular brands, such as Assassins Creed, Snoop Dogg, Squid Game, all created a great buzz. Currently, there is no detailed information about the content of the cooperation.
Most recently, fans can't help but be proud when BTS achieved the RIAJ stream diamond certification in Japan. On February 28, the Recording Industry Association of Japan - RIAJ announced its latest certification round (January 2022). And BTS' hit "Dynamite" has officially received a diamond certification in the streaming category after surpassing 500 million streams.
The song was released by the group on August 21, 2020, which means that the Big Hit boygroup took less than 2 years for this great number of streams. Not only is BTS the first foreign artist to achieve a diamond certification for streams in Japan, but "Dynamite" is also the second song in RIAJ history to achieve diamond certification in general.
In addition to this historic achievement, BTS also received an official platinum certification for the song "Life Goes On", which has now surpassed 100 million streams in Japan. This song was released by the group on November 20, 2020, and it took less than 2 years for this achievement.
On the other hand, in mid-March, BTS will hold an offline concert in Seoul (Korea) after nearly three years. This is the group's first live performance in their home country since their world tour in October 2019.
In addition, BTS will also bring this concert abroad again in Las Vegas, USA in April, which fans are looking forward to. The group's upcoming concert live-streaming event also sold out almost all tickets in the blink of an eye. This is BTS' first concert to take place live in Seoul in the past two years.
Performances are broadcast live on the big screen at CJ CGV, Lotte Cinema and Megabox cinemas. The price of each ticket is 49,000 won ($40).
CGV started selling 25,000 tickets to watch the livestream at 39 cinemas nationwide from February 24. Most tickets sold out instantly. CGV said this is the first time this theater has seen a "sold out" situation since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Meanwhile, Lotte Cinema offers 7,000 tickets at 32 screens, Megabox offers 4,000 tickets at 21 screens. All tickets have been sold out so far.
BTS will hold 3 concerts "BTS Permission To Dance On Stage - Seoul" on March 10, 12 and 13 respectively at Jamsil Olympic Stadium in southern Seoul.
This will be the group's first live performance in the Korean capital since their world tour in October 2019. Each performance is only allowed to have a maximum of 15,000 spectators due to the complicated situation of the COVID-19 epidemic in Korea.
