BLACKPINK had "bad luck", was blatantly stolen by juniors, fans were frustrated

This is Somi's return after nearly 1 year since the EP Game Plan and the MV Fast Forward. On the poster, the female idol shows off her slim figure with an outfit like an ice cream salesman. The surrounding background also proves that this is Somi's ice cream shop when there are a series of posters printed with the words "Jeon Somi's Ice Cream Shop".

Fans commented that Somi's new music product theme style is the same as Barbie's image. Others claim that the cover of the song is similar to BlackPink and Selena Gomez's 2020 hit, also called Ice Cream. Worth mentioning, the audience pointed out Somi's font, arrangement, and shaping reminiscent of BlackPink's image. The release time of the two songs is similar, both in August.

This is not the first time BlackPink has been dragged into a debate related to plagiarism noise with Somi. In previous promotions, Somi was accused of dressing like all of Rosé's seniors.
