Experts also noticed that the Bi Rain couple's building was at risk. Park Jong Chan pointed out, "Small increases in rent and rising interest rates seem to be reducing income output. They may have to worry about reverse leverage." Park Jong Chan said: "'High prices' can increase the desire to buy real estate and can generate high capital income, but conversely, it can also cause high debt ratios. When buying a property, we need to consider different risks."
