The fourth time was when Quach Tuan Du contracted Covid-19. At that time, ventilators were scarce, he thought he could handle it so he didn't use them and gave them to other patients. When his condition worsened and he couldn't breathe, he thought he wouldn't survive. He felt lucky that the doctor intervened with a ventilator in time and narrowly escaped death.
