Contestant Le Trang Ngan was crowned 1st runner-up of the Miss Petie Vietnam contest, impressing with her journey of overcoming difficulties from a poor student to becoming a noble crown-bearer.

The final night of the Miss Petie Vietnam contest was held on the evening of September 16 in Da Lat to find outstanding faces to be crowned. Besides the new Miss Tran My Huyen, 1st runner-up Le Trang Ngan also attracted public attention.

The girl with a modest height of 1.45 meters surpassed hundreds of contestants to receive the noble crown and put her name in the record for the shortest tallest runner-up in history.

Le Trang Ngan has a height of 1.45m and sharp facial features.

Le Trang Ngan (SBD 279) was born in 1997 with 3 measurements of 74-57-86 cm and weight of 40.5 kg. The girl from Hanoi is currently the owner of a fashion business. Since childhood, Le Trang Ngan has dreamed of becoming a beauty queen. However, because of her family situation, for many years she did not dare to think about it. Later, when she had a stable job, she could not realize her dream because of her short height.

Being named as the 1st runner-up of Miss Petie Vietnam 2023, Le Trang Ngan stood on the final stage feeling extremely emotional and grateful that her efforts over the past time had been rewarded. The story of the contestant from Hanoi touched many viewers. Despite her small appearance, the little girl still resiliently rose from adversity and overcame difficulties to get the "sweet fruit" she has today.

From a hired dishwasher to a runner

According to sharing, Le Trang Ngan grew up in a situation lacking and lacking the love of a perfect family. In the past, the 26-year-old beauty started her independent life in 10th grade. Le Trang Ngan recounted: "Because my parents divorced, I had to take care of myself from a very early age. When I was in 10th grade, I worked on my own to get money to pay tuition. Later, I applied to wash dishes for the university canteen. Outside of work, I also collected cans at the restaurant I worked at to sell for extra income. Currently , my father has a peaceful life with his new family, so I want to shoulder a lot for my mother."

When growing up, Le Trang Ngan had a dream of studying fashion design, but was afraid that the budget would be too large and her family's situation was not abundant, so she had to temporarily put her passion on hold. However, Le Trang Ngan still signed up for a cosmetic tattoo class so she could combine studying and working. Coincidentally, after confiding in a customer, she heard about a fashion business model in the form of exchanging old brands, so she came up with the idea of opening a clothing shop related to this field. After discussing with relatives, Le Trang Ngan began preparing for her personal career.

After 3 years of striving and maintaining a fashion shop, Le Trang Ngan has her own position in the profession and is currently planning to open a trading company specializing in selling cosmetic products. It is expected that her company will open in October 2023. Thanks to her passion for fashion and the support of her friends, the girl born in 1997 decided to register to participate in the Miss Petie Vietnam contest to challenge herself as well as let herself shine with her previous dream.

The title of 1st runner-up in this beauty contest is both an opportunity and a challenge for her to start a new journey in the future. The beauty born in 1997 expressed that this is a great motivation for her to strive and achieve more achievements for herself and society.
