The scenario of "cicadas escaping the body": Crossing the forest, crossing the lake in the guise of ethnic minorities

According to the case file, Pham Anh Tai (i.e. Tai "Black", SN 1990) and Le Van An (SN 1993) did not commit acts in a spontaneous manner. They spent a lot of time studying the side roads, deserted hilly roads and especially intersections with degraded security camera systems to eliminate any possibility of being identified. After carrying out the cheeky robbery in just 5 minutes on the afternoon of January 19, the subjects immediately implemented a plan to dispose of the "classic" material evidence of professional criminals.

In the deserted pine forest area of Dien Hong ward, they burned all personal belongings including jackets, backpacks, and shoes to erase biological traces. More sophisticated, the Exciter used to commit the crime was buried tightly underground, carefully camouflaged with wooden boards and old mats. The culmination of the escape plan was the fact that the two subjects put money in their pockets, disguised themselves as ethnic minorities to work in the fields to travel a distance of 13km to the Bien Ho area. Here, they coldly threw spare motorbikes, shovels and other items into the deep lake to "permanently" bury their sins under the water, before fleeing to Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City to disperse the illicit money.

5,000 people's sources: The link breaks the "no loopholes" plan

No matter how well the suspects prepared, they could not anticipate the strength of the people's security posture. In the face of clues that were interrupted by damaged security cameras, the Gia Lai Provincial Police launched a movement of the whole people to denounce crimes. The results were surprising: more than 5,000 reports through online channels and hundreds of direct sources poured into the task force.

In particular, the support from people like Mr. N.V.C (the head of the neighborhood group in Hoi Phu ward) has become an important "key". Mr. C. and the functional forces reviewed each hostel, held a list of temporary residences and even went directly into the deep forests to trace evidence. Biological traces at the third scene – where the motorcycle was buried – combined with sources from the public helped the police accurately reconstruct the portrait of the perpetrator. It was the synergy between the police and the people that turned the "loophole" plan of the two robbers into a loophole in the light of justice.

A Blood Debt Past and a Stern Sentence for a Murderer on the Run

What really shook public opinion was the identity of the leader. Pham Anh Tai is not only a reckless bank robber but also a particularly dangerous wanted target. In 2018, Tai used an AK gun to commit a murder at a bar in Kon Tum, causing many casualties. With an aggressive nature and a "hot" arsenal of 5 guns and 45 bullets seized, Tai was always in a position to fight back against the functional forces to the end.

However, after 18 days and nights of "wrestling", the bravery of the police soldiers won. The recovery of nearly 1 billion VND in cash and many important exhibits has completely closed the case. With the crimes of "Robbery of property" and "Possession of military weapons", combined with the crime of murder in the past, Pham Anh Tai will definitely face the highest sentence of the law. This feat not only brings peace to the people of the mountain town but also is a strong affirmation of the strength of the law and the people.
