Recently, Yoko Apasra caused a stir when she appeared in the girl love movie Blank The Series with her sweet, innocent beauty. The success of the movie made many people immediately "search" for information about the Gen Z actress.
Yoko Apasra was born in 2001, is of Thai-Chinese-Vietnamese descent and is currently an artist under the management company 9Star Studio. Previously, she was a member of the girl group The Glass Girls.
Yoko Apasra is a young actress and model with many years of experience in the profession. She entered the entertainment industry when she was only 2 years old. Initially, when her sister went to film, Yoko often followed her to the set to visit. After that, she was noticed by the production team and invited to participate in her first film called Payak Raai Hok Pandin.
Since then, Yoko has continued to receive many roles in various projects, from films, commercials to television shows. Yoko's early film works include Ladda Land (2011), Together (2012), Long Weekend (2013).
Thanks to her diligence in acting and her seriousness with her career, the young actress is highly appreciated by those in the profession and has received many invitations to participate in film and advertising projects. In addition, Yoko is also the representative face for many famous Thai brands and cosmetics.
According to the actress, her guest role in the film Thongsuk 13 (2023) by Five Star Movies (co-produced by the Pee Nak universe) is one of the roles that Yoko remembers the most. Because she is quite afraid of ghosts, she brought 4-5 Buddha statues to the set to calm her mind. After finishing the film, Yoko couldn't sleep for 2 nights because she was so scared.
As she grew up, Yoko began to appear as a guest in music projects, most notably collaborating with Kamikaze - the record label where her older sister Neko Naerunchara worked, in Marc's MV Can I.
In 2024, Yoko appeared in the lesbian film Blank The Series - a film that brought her name far beyond the Golden Temple. In the film, the actress plays Aneung - a 20-year-old student with a simple and innocent style like Yoko in real life.
Following the success of Gap The Series, Blank The Series revolves around the love story of Khun Neung (Sam's older sister in Gap The Series) and his age-gap girlfriend - Aneung. Their relationship encounters many difficulties due to the strong opposition of Aneung's family.
The film created a buzz, becoming one of the successful lesbian film adaptations in the first half of 2024. The artistic career of the main couple also took a different turn. A series of magazines from China to Korea continuously signed and released publications with different styles to celebrate the "hotness" of Yoko and co-star Faye Malisorn.
At the age of 13, Yoko shared her love for figure skating. She said that skating is like gliding on the ground, comfortable and enjoyable. Besides, she also loves cooking, although she has many difficulties in the kitchen.
Her most memorable cooking experience was when she had an accident while frying eggs. Yoko accidentally dropped the eggshell and burned the fried egg. Not paying attention while scraping the burnt part, she spilled the pan of egg on herself. Although she was burned, the cooked egg was still intact in the pan.
Regarding her education, Yoko attended high school at Southland Girls' School in New Zealand before pursuing a degree in Communications at Stamford International University.
Previously, when she was in 10th grade, the actress always tried to arrange her time reasonably to both study and work and usually only accepted filming schedules on weekends or after school hours.
If there is a project that requires her to miss school, Yoko will ask her friends to provide her with homework so that she can complete it on time. This shows that she always tries to balance work and study skillfully.
On days when she has to wear makeup, she will go home right after work to remove her makeup and protect her healthy skin. In addition, Yoko's focus on health is also reflected in her diet and exercise habits. She always pays attention to healthy foods that provide plenty of nutrition and energy for her artistic activities. At the same time, the actress regularly practices Pilates, a sport that requires flexibility and muscle strength to maintain a slim figure.
Yoko's fashion style usually includes shorts and sneakers. She loves long-sleeved T-shirts, short skirts or light crop tops.
The above habits are all outstanding characteristics of a true Gen Z girl, a young, dynamic girl who cares about her health and appearance.
