Mr. Huynh Tan Nguyen (53 years old) - Y Nhi's father - has been separated from his ex-wife for 4 years and is a single father raising three children. Y Nhi is the eldest in the family, with a 20-year-old sister studying economics at university in Hanoi and a 12-year-old younger sister currently living in the countryside with her father.

In an interview on Father's Day (June 15), Huynh Tran Y Nhi said she considers her father to be everything. When the beauty queen does anything, Mr. Nguyen is always the person who inspires her the most to try. "Currently, my parents are not living together, so I see my father is very lonely. I always want to succeed quickly to be close to and take care of my father. I see that as motivation to complete the goals I am aiming for," Y Nhi expressed.

However, the beauty from Binh Dinh understands that one day she will have her own family, so she needs a woman to be by her father's side in the years to come. According to Y Nhi, people of the same age often have many things in common, interests and communication styles that are easier to get along with. "I fully support my father in remarrying. But right now he is not thinking about that, he just wants to focus on his children. My youngest brother is only 12 years old, so my father spends a lot of time raising him," she said.

Ý Nhi's family lives in an area quite far from the city, but she realizes that her father has a modern mindset and always supports his children's dreams. When the 23-year-old beauty and her younger sister said they wanted to study abroad to gain new experiences, Mr. Nguyen did not object. Previously, he was worried that he had taken care of his three children's every meal, sleep, and outfit, but now they were going to a very far place and had to take care of everything themselves. But after being persuaded, he agreed and encouraged his children.

In the eyes of Miss World Vietnam 2023 , her father is a good father and husband, always devoted to his work but never neglecting his children's studies, and also spending time so that they have useful experiences. In addition, he often advises his first daughter to enjoy her love life, as long as she is happy, that person is the right choice.

"My father's outstanding personality is strong, steadfast, and emotional. That is also the factor I value when choosing my 'other half'. If I meet someone like my father, I definitely want to marry him. To me, my father is the most perfect person, so it is difficult to find such a relationship," Y Nhi confided.

The Gen Z beauty hopes that her father will always be healthy, happy, and free from worries when going to work. " I also wish that my father will soon meet the love of his life so that he can have someone to accompany him, share his joys and sorrows. I hope my father will walk me down the aisle with the most handsome and happiest appearance. I hope that will come true when I turn 30, because right now I still want to focus on developing my career and helping my family," she shared.
