Vu Thi Hoa defeated international "war horses" to be crowned Mrs Earth International

The Mrs Earth International 2024 contest ended with an impressive result when Vu Thi Hoa surpassed dozens of competitors to touch the crown. Marking an extremely proud and outstanding achievement of Miss Vietnam.

After being crowned Mrs Earth Vietnam 2024 in June, Miss Vu Thi Hoa spent 6 months carefully preparing, not only training her appearance but also improving her communication and behavioral skills and cultivating knowledge about social issues to represent Vietnam to participate in Mrs Earth International 2024 in the Philippines.

In particular, she received dedicated guidance from Miss Phan Kim Oanh, who always accompanied and shared valuable secrets throughout the preparation process.

Vu Thi Hoa's goal when participating in the contest was very clear: This was not only a beauty contest but also an opportunity for her to demonstrate her talent, intelligence and passion for contributing to the community. Thanks to her careful preparation, she confidently entered the important rounds.

Throughout the competition, Vu Thi Hoa demonstrated her mettle and confidence as she continuously shone in each round. In particular, her performance in the national costume round left a strong impression with designer Brian Vo's design "Shine Golden Lotus", symbolizing the traditional beauty and sustainability of Vietnamese culture.

Inspired by Vietnam's national flower, the outfit stands out with its powerful bronze color, giant lotus petals on the back and sophisticated lotus motifs on the chest, cleverly honoring the resilient, pure beauty of Vietnamese women, perfectly combining traditional and modern elements.

Despite the costume weighing up to 10kg, Vu Thi Hoa still performed very professionally, receiving thunderous applause from the international audience. Vu Thi Hoa's graceful steps on stage fully conveyed the message of resilient beauty and overcoming difficulties - like a lotus rising from the mud to spread its fragrance.

On the evening of December 9, 2024, at the Final night, Vu Thi Hoa made history for Vietnamese beauty when she won the title of Miss Earth International 2024, surpassing competitors from Mexico, India, Japan, the US... Competitions such as bikini, environmental protection costume, evening gown all demonstrated her ability to master the stage and her charm.

Another highlight of Vu Thi Hoa is her extremely intelligent and convincing performance. With her confident answers, she conquered both the judges and the audience, affirming her abilities.

In addition to the Miss title, Vu Thi Hoa also won two additional awards: Miss Knowledge and Miss Best Evening Gown. Her victory at Mrs. Earth International 2024 is not only a source of personal pride, but also a testament to the strong rise of Vietnamese beauty on the world map.

Vu Thi Hoa was born in 1990, 1.63m tall, 52kg in weight, graduated from the National Economics University and is currently studying for a master's degree at this university. The beauty queen has more than 10 years of experience in the banking sector and is currently the CEO of a business. In addition, she is also a professional MC, a familiar face on VTC1 channel, and is an active participant in volunteer activities and environmental protection.

Mrs Earth International is one of the prestigious and long-standing beauty pageants, not only honoring beauty but also emphasizing sustainable environmental and social values. This year, the contest attracted 50 contestants from all over the world such as Japan, Mexico, Singapore, the US, China... After the rounds, the 30 best contestants entered the final round in the Philippines.

The results of the Mrs Earth International contest with the title of Miss belongs to the representative of Vietnam. The first runner-up is the representative from India, the second runner-up is from Singapore and the third runner-up is the representative of the host country, the Philippines.
