According to Ngoc Tien, this wish has received consensus from her husband's family members. "My family and I share the same opinion that Quy Binh is a public figure, so his products also belong to the public. When he comes home, he is the son of the family, a husband and a father, but his products belong to the audience. Before his artistic legacy, his wife and children are just audiences, with no ownership rights. Therefore, we will not profit from the products he left behind," Ngoc Tien said.

Quy Binh's wife hopes that everything will be completed before the late actor's 49th day memorial service. "After everything is ready, my family and I will hold a press conference to announce the list of songs that have been requested for permission and given as gifts, and to send our thanks to colleagues, musicians, and singers," Ngoc Tien said.

Ngoc Tien also added that she has no regrets about giving away the right to exploit her husband's artistic legacy instead of keeping it for her son, Eric.
