In 10th grade, Van Khanh went to Hue to study vocal music at the Intermediate Music Academy and started going to shows... to earn money.

This time, Van Khanh has an unforgettable memory. Once, after finishing singing "Ten Thuong", she was asked to perform another song, but because she was trembling and nervous, she forgot the lyrics. On the way home, Van Khanh cried a lot, even though she still received a salary of 5,000 VND as money for makeup.
