Rising to fame with the role of Ma Han in the classic film "Bao Qing Tian", Tu Hanh had a peak period when he did not have to worry about food and clothing. No one expected that the once famous star would have such a miserable life in his old ag.e.

Unhappy childhood

Tu Hanh had an unfortunate childhood, his father died early, his paternal family did not acknowledge him. At the ag.e of 12, Tu Hanh's mother remarried, he had to live with relatives, each place for a short time. In 1980, Tu Hanh met Tran Cuong Tin (at that time, the Director of Hoa Thi TV station) and it was this "fateful encounter" that brought him to showbiz.

However, Tu Hanh's business did not go as smoothly as expected, leading to losses and debt. In May 2012, the actor suddenly declared bankruptcy and was burdened with a debt of 50 million NTD (37 billion VND).

After going bankrupt, Tu Hanh participated in many TV series and movies to pay off his debts, but most of his roles were not groundbreaking and his salary was only enough to maintain a modest standard of living for his family. The two movies he appeared in during this period were "Cang Do 2012" (2013) and "Ngũ lưu tiền" (2016). In terms of TV series, the actor participated in the movies "Gia trang" (2015), "Xuan hoa vong lo" (2016) and "Hanh phuc den roi" (2017).

Currently, Tu Hanh is facing a debt of 200 million NT dollars (about 154 billion VND - PV) due to failed business. He affirmed that this is his personal responsibility and has nothing to do with his ex-wife or relatives. "I don't want anyone to bear the burden for me," the actor wrote.

The once famous star also sent his thanks to friends, relatives, especially creditors for their sympathy.
