According to the content of the article, in the period from 2021-2022, a group of female victims rented a room in an apartment building that was renovated into many small rooms in an apartment building in Hanoi.

"The toilet and cooking area are shared by tenants, T. has rented 1 room in it. During the living process, T. had a friction with another room (temporarily called room A), so around 7/2022, T. brought a camera to install the common area of the kitchen.

After a few back-and-forth because he felt that his privacy was not respected, room A took advantage of the time when T. was not at home to pull down the camera and bring it into the room to check the memory card. At that time, when checking everyone, it was discovered that the memory card had stored a sneaky video in the communal toilet, the total number of people who were secretly filmed was up to 5 people (the victims were all women). The camera has been placed since April 13, 2021 (with an image of T. installing the cam in the toilet)," the article stated.

When these victims asked for compensation for mental damages, T. was not in good faith, only apologized through the loudspeaker and threatened to sue against him for extortion and defamation.
