Ms. Trang explained that in 2017, Miss Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien proposed to borrow VND 1.5 billion to pay for participating in Miss South Vietnam. At that time, Thuy Tien wrote a loan letter, pledging that after w.inning the prize, she would use the sand to pay and let Ms. Dang Thuy Trang be the manager, enjoying a percentage when there was a show.

According to Ms. Thuy Trang, after w.inning the prize, Thuy Tien neither cooperated nor paid the debt. In April 2019, Thuy Tien invited her to a coffee shop in Binh Thanh District (HCMC) to pay, provided that she presented the original debt receipt. However, Ms. Trang said that Thuy Tien then tore up the debt paper.

According to Ms. Trang, after tearing the debt paper, Miss Thuy Tien provided inaccurate information and denounced Ms. Trang to the Ho Chi Minh City Police Investigation Agency. Ms. Trang said that through the investigation process, the verification agency did not have enough grounds to determine that there were signs of crime.

"The fact that Ms. Tien borrowed m.oney and then evaded the responsibility to repay the debt, provided false information, accused and slandered me for crimes such as f.raud, property appropriation, and denouncing me to the police station. without evidence, grounds... are acts that show signs of serious violations of the law. These moves put me not only at risk of losing all my accumulated m.oney, being trampled on my honor, dignity, but also caused me to have a serious mental and physical breakdown," Ms. Thuy Trang shared the reason for suing Thuy Tien.

It is known that the Go Vap District People's Court also has a written confirmation that it has received the petition of Ms. Dang Thuy Trang about the dispute over the loan contract.

As for the case of Ms. Dang Thuy Trang suing Miss Thuy Tien, the Lao Dong reporter contacted Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien's lawyer, lawyer Ngo Huynh Phuong Thao, to find out the situation.

Accordingly, lawyer Thao said that Thuy Tien has not yet been informed about her case being sued by Ms. Dang Thuy Trang.
