Quang Linh tiếp tục gây chấn động Angola, chi nửa năm tiền lương cho người đặc biệt vì 1 điều

At this time, the working journey of Quang Linh Vlog and his teammates in Vietnam is receiving special attention. In particular, now when his African team in Angola is still working hard.
The farm team is probably the most active when constantly experimenting with stocking fish, raising laying ducks, researching rabbit farming ... to take advantage of the large land and manpower at the farm.
In Angola it is the dry season, the locals mainly focus on animal husbandry. This season, not many growers, due to the porous soil and large drainage, to irrigate plants so hard that they may not be as effective as expected.
But the Quang Linh team is "paradoxical", still maintaining potato cultivation. According to Mr. The, the farm's butler, when fewer people grow, potatoes will be rarer and more expensive.
An assistant of Quang Linh shared: " If planted in the rainy season, the yield must be 2-3 times like this, but potatoes grown out of season should only be small. This season the weather is harsh, the days are hot, the nights are cold, the nights outside the farm are only about 10 degrees, sometimes down to 6 degrees, the potato plants are curled, some plants start to dry out. I am afraid of the death of trees, so I have to let workers harvest 1 month earlier than expected."
Not yet reaching optimal growth, the off-season potatoes in Quang Linh farm are uneven, with tubers the size of an adult's fist but with tubers as small as duck eggs. However, the total harvest is also quite good, about 5 tons.
After harvesting, the workers of the farm will sort the potatoes: Large and missed tubers for sale, small tubers kept as seeds for the next season and divided among relatives as seeds. The tubers that are stamped or hoeed will be divided by the farm team and divided among the workers to eat.
Quang Linh's teammates happily said that after harvesting potatoes, they will loosen the soil and plant another crop in the next season, such as sweet potatoes. In Angola or in Vietnam, they still apply the principle of "strange potatoes, plating familiar fields" to ensure farming efficiency.
In addition to harsh weather, the soil in Angola is also dry, draining irrigation water, so the Quang Linh farm team is researching to plant some more drought-loving, sun-loving plants such as dragon fruit, sugarcane, guava, banana ...
After sorting the potatoes, there are 70 standard cabinets for sale. The quantity was not too much, so they sold it wholesale in the district market, recovered the capital and served the next season's expenses. Interestingly, the market here, whether wholesale or retail, is not weighed but estimated in batches. Although the farm team has already stacked potatoes in the basket at home, when they go to the market, they still fold them, fill them up and then count them as a basket.
Someone humorously said, this profitable way of arranging potatoes for buyers is a bit like a dozen with 12-14 fruits (instead of 10) of people in the Southwest. It was calculated that Quang Linh's two assistants brought away 70 potato chips but only sold about 45-50 of them, due to the special way of accumulating.
Partly because the potato variety Quang Linh grows is pink-skinned, thin-skinned, yellow-gutted potatoes, partly because the two guys in charge of sales are quite cool, traders come to buy potatoes quite a lot. They only sold for more than 1 hour and ran out of potato cars. However, the amount collected for the whole crop (excluding the seed potatoes and dividing them among relatives) is only 250,000 Kwanza, which is about 730,000 Vietnamese dong - a rather modest figure.
Not long ago, the Vietnamese Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Angola and the Vietnamese business delegation visited the headquarters of the African team as well as visited Quang Linh farm. The guy Tien TuTi welcomed the delegation on behalf of the team.
The ambassador kindly inquired about the business situation, also suggested a few ways to increase the brand recognition on the group's shirts. The delegation also enthusiastically drove 30 minutes from the head office to Quang Linh farm to visit.
Looking down from above, Quang Linh farm is very prominent. Surrounded by immense fields, orange-red basalt soil, Quang Linh farm alone has green spaces of planted trees and livestock barns.
Dr. TuTi emotionally revealed that in order to get 30ha of clean land for a farm, from the time Quang Linh bought until the present time to start exploiting, people have spent nearly 1 year reclaiming. Dozens of Vietnamese brothers and Angolan workers had to work hard to plow, dig up the roots of trees growing underground in the ground, and improve the soil very hard to start planting and raising livestock.
Up to now, the land in Quang Linh farm is ready to grow corn. The water storage pond for backup for the dry season has also been completed. The ambassador was surprised, praising Team Quang Linh. Especially in this area, the soil is very absorbent, so when not lining the bottom with plastic, but discharging water and still retaining water has been a great success.
In the coming time, Quang Linh farm aims to develop more breeds for diverse breeding, optimizing for cultivation mainly focusing on the rainy season. Many Angolan animals have never been domesticated or kept in their homes such as rabbits, ducks, quails ... also exploited by the extended farm.
Ambassador Yang Zhengchun was touched: " I went deep into this and created this property, indeed you have tried, determined a lot, very respectful. I don't think everybody can do it."
