The announcement of changes to the business registration content in 2022 shows that capital contributors include Mr. Tran Chi Tam (Ha Hoa town, Ha Hoa district, Phu Tho province) contributing VND 800 million (equivalent to 80% of capital) and Ms. Vo Thi Loc (Dien Chau district, Nghe An province) contributing VND 200 million (equivalent to 20% of capital). By October 2022, these two individuals doubled their capital contribution, raising the charter capital of the enterprise to VND 2 billion.

Another company related to Quang Linh Vlogs is Quang Linh Group LLC. Information from some recruitment sites shows that this company was founded by Pham Quang Linh and other members. This company specializes in distributing deodorants manufactured by Sciences Pharma of France.

The main business is the retail sale of clothing, footwear, leather and imitation leather goods in specialized stores. Other registered business lines are related to the retail sale of carpets, mattresses, books, newspapers, perfumes, and other goods. This charter capital level has been maintained to date.

The owner is Mr. Nguyen Viet Dung (born in 1994, Ha Hoa town, Ha Hoa district, Phu Tho province). Mr. Dung is also the legal representative and director of the enterprise. Both enterprises with names related to Quang Linh are registered in Hanoi. In addition to these two companies, in 2022, Pham Quang Linh was also appointed as Vice Chairman of Pharco Vietnam Joint Stock Company. This enterprise is the owner and exclusive distributor of the Adopt' brand in Vietnam.
