Recently on her personal page, Phuong My Chi posted a long status line with the content that her family was infected with COVID-19. Accordingly, the signs began on August 13 and officially confirmed COVID-19 infection 2 days later and shared the reason for the high probability due to going to the supermarket to buy essentials.

"I originally promised to livestream to sing for everyone on August 13, but on that very day I started showing symptoms of Covid infection and my mother too. On August 15, I and Mom tested it quickly and found it positive. I didn't. I don't know what the exact reason I was infected, but the most understandable reason is probably because my mother went to the supermarket to buy essentials.

The first 3 days were very difficult for Mother and daughter, the whole family was also a bit confused because they had to prepare necessary medical supplies, rearrange the room and disinfect. The psychology of the whole family cannot avoid panic, especially Ma Chi. She and her father encouraged mother and daughter a lot. Ms. Quyen called the ward's health department, but at that time, because the epidemic situation was also overloaded, they did not accept the PCR test as before, and the family was supported by doctors for online consultation and treatment.

My symptoms are runny nose, sore throat, loss of smell, diarrhea and fever twice. Ma's symptoms are worse, continuous fever, insomnia for 4 days in a row, aches and pains, shortness of breath, diarrhea, cough, sore throat leading to a lot of loss of strength, SpO2 index sometimes only 86.

In the early days, bacteria will stick to the nasal cavity and nasopharynx, I must destroy it immediately, not to enter the lungs (it will be very dangerous and unpredictable). During these 14 days, the whole family took care of each other, encouraged each other, the lighter people took care of the heavier people. On the 14th day, quick test again, 4 members are negative, and Ba Chi, the 2nd line has faded and is getting better. Currently, the whole family has isolated Ba for further monitoring. After waiting for 21 days, they will report back to the ward health care so that the whole family can be supported to test again and issue an official certificate.
