After being punished for two violations for altering the lyrics of the National Anthem, Mrs. Phuong Le has asked to give up her title of Miss. Phuong Le said that she is no longer suitable for the title of Miss, so she will contact the organizing committee to return the crown.

Previously, Miss Phuong Le faced a wave of strong criticism because the livestream clip of changing the lyrics of the National Anthem was spread on social networks. Not stopping there, netizens were stirred up by a clip recorded by Phuong Le's livestream, in which the beauty queen shared about her family life and sensitive issues. Notably, in the clip, Phuong Le made obscene statements that caused a loss of good customs.

Immediately after the above clip went viral, the online community was fed up with Phuong Le. Many people thought that Phuong Le's statements were inappropriate, offensive, and even very rude. Some people thought that Phuong Le did not deserve the title of Miss Lady, many even spoke up to demand that Phuong Le's title be stripped.

Regarding the case of singing a parody of the National Anthem, on August 27, the Department of Information and Communications of Ho Chi Minh City agreed to fine Miss Phuong Le for two acts: Distorting a work, causing harm to the honor and reputation of the author (according to Decree 131/2013 regulating administrative sanctions for violations of copyright and related rights); Providing and sharing information that is not in accordance with national customs and traditions (according to Decree 15/2020 regulating administrative sanctions for violations in the fields of post, telecommunications, radio frequencies, information technology and electronic transactions). Although the specific amount of the fine was not announced, according to regulations, the fine for the Miss is between 15 and 30 million VND.

The Department of Information and Communications of Ho Chi Minh City said that if Phuong Le re-offends or continues to commit administrative violations, the unit will coordinate with the Ho Chi Minh City Police and relevant agencies to consider handling aggravating circumstances according to regulations.

During the meeting with the authorities, the mother of three also admitted that she had acted impulsively while livestreaming without any prior thought or intention. When she realized that her behavior was inappropriate, she removed the video and apologized.

Notably, right below Phuong Le's letter, Meritorious Artist Vu Luan left a comment. He gave his wife words of encouragement, sweetly calling her "my beloved wife" and reassuring her that he would always be there.

"Okay, baby. You still have people who love you and I too. I will always be with my beloved wife," Vu Luan commented.

On his personal page, Meritorious Artist Vu Luan also continuously updated photos and clips of him and Phuong Le at recent events.
