Talking about the mother who lived in poverty with the burden of sticky rice to raise her up, Phuong Anh Dao choked and said that her mother is the one who nurtures the family, there was a time when her father was ill and thought he could not pass, the mother had just taken care of him, just made sticky rice, made cakes for sale.

Later, when she was 17 or 18 years old, Phuong Anh Dao realized that she used to be heartless and indifferent to her mother. Therefore, she told herself at all costs, she had to survive in Saigon to make up for her parents.

"After finishing grade 12, my parents directed me to learn hairdressing and nail art. When I shared that I wanted to continue my studies, luckily, my mother also supported, not opposed. My thought at that time was to do it. Instead of accepting the peaceful pace of life in the countryside, I want to go out and experience many new things, so that my parents don't have to protect me forever."
