Regarding the case where singer Ngoc Mai performed the song "Tuy Am" it was revealed that she did not respect the author. On December 23, the Star Mask champion himself spoke out. O Sen said that juniors have not mastered the discipline because they previously authorized the Vietnamese copyright center - VCPMC. This means, if the music event invites Ngoc Mai to perform, this unit will directly work with VCPMC or the owner of the song. She herself is only a performer on contract. On the contrary, if Ngoc Mai uses the above song for commercial purposes, releases an MV or releases an Album, then she has to directly contact the composer.

More than 2 weeks since O Sen Ngoc Mai's statement, recently, musician Xesi also harshly gave feedback. Xesi said that she disagreed when singer Ngoc Mai gave an explanation about verifying the author.
