Ngoc Trinh and Dong declare, the clips on social networks as mentioned above do not serve advertising activities for large displacement motorbike manufacturers. Ngoc Trinh's goal, being a famous person, is to create an image and promote her personality on social networks.

The investigation agency stated that Ngoc Trinh is a social influencer, her personal social network accounts have millions of followers, so posting and spreading video clips as mentioned above has a negative impact. to the issue of security, order and social safety, negatively affecting the awareness, lifestyle and behavioral culture of young people.

The Ho Chi Minh City Police Department continues to conduct investigation and verification measures according to regulations to urgently clarify the entire content of the case and the criminal acts of Tran Thi Ngoc Trinh, Tran Xuan Dong and other suspects. The remaining related subjects will be handled thoroughly and strictly before the law.

Accordingly, the authorities imposed a fine of 17,250,000 VND. With the error of not having a driving license for a two-wheeled motorbike with a cylinder capacity of 175cm3 or more, Ngoc Trinh violated it twice and was fined 9 million VND; Driving a vehicle while lying on the saddle will be fined 7 million VND; Driving a vehicle with hidden license plates will be fined 350,000 VND; Not having a vehicle registration certificate will result in a fine of 900,000 VND.

At the same time, issued a Decision to prosecute the defendant, a search warrant for his residence and a ban on leaving his residence for Tran Xuan Dong for the crimes of "Using fake documents of agencies and organizations" and "Disturbing order". public" stipulated in Articles 314 and 318 of the Penal Code. Ho Chi Minh City People's Procuracy has approved these decisions.

The City Police Department also clarified the origin of the motorbike with license plate 59A3-115.88. Tran Xuan Dong presented a fake motorcycle registration certificate.
