Since childhood, acting has been Ngoc Phuoc's favorite profession. But when it came to choosing a university, Ngoc Phuoc turned to another direction because she could not afford to pursue her passion. She has a passion for acting, but she has never attended any formal school. The acting experience she gained is thanks to her efforts and learning from her aunts and uncles in the profession.

Five years ago, after making fun of two judges, Tran Thanh and Truong Giang, Phuoc Ngoc and his friend brought home a prize of 10 million VND. The reason Nhu Ngoc dragged her friend to take the same exam that year was because since she was in college, Ngoc Phuoc had been a diligent member of the school's comedy club.

At the 2016 exam season, she was also commented by MC Tran Thanh to have a natural performance and advised her to follow the path of a comedian. When asked by actor Bo Gi if he thought he would follow the path of comedy, Ngoc Phuoc shook his head and firmly affirmed that there was no such thought.

After the Comedy Challenge, Ngoc Phuoc continued to work as an English teacher for Koreans and Japanese. The job is not really interesting for Ngoc Phuoc but the salary is very stable. The actress said that during a play at the school's stage, she was invited by Vo Tan Phat to be an assistant performer of the 2017 Laughing Contest. After a while struggling with office work, Ngoc Phuoc was stressed and felt The flame of passion for art is not big enough. At that moment, actor Vo Dang Khoa called to invite her to join his project. Since that moment, Ngoc Phuoc decided to stop all work and pursue the profession seriously.

And then, after 5 years, when participating in the program Laughing Xuyen Viet, she beat the competition and won the 1st place. Perhaps this is the profession of choosing real people.

Ngoc Phuoc further shared that her success is partly thanks to livestream clips selling sida clothes with a brute style, like no other. On the livestream, she constantly makes the audience laugh when marketing extremely "brutal" clothes, "selling but not needing customers". Thanks to the cuts from the sales clip shared by the online community, which became viral, Ngoc Phuoc was known to many people and especially made an impression on the artistic director of the Young World stage. Thanks to that, when coming to Laughing Xuyen Viet, Ngoc Phuoc has an advantage thanks to the recognition with the audience on social networks before. Instead of going the orthodox route to get a role on the stage, Ngoc Phuoc decided to take a detour to prove his ability.

Unsupported family and emotional coronation moment

Ngoc Phuoc once shared that he did not receive support from his family when he took the Laugh Xuyen Viet contest. However, because of his seriousness, creativity and strange charm, Ngoc Phuoc gradually conquered the rounds and excellently won the Xuyen Viet Laughing Champion with a perfect score.

In the final night, Ngoc Phuoc took advantage of foreign languages to win over his opponent. According to many viewers, Ngoc Phuoc has a smart comedy like Huynh Lap and the fluency of Le Duong Bao Lam. This is shown quite clearly in her work Landing Where?. In this competition, the actress managed to lose 5kg in a short time to play the role of a flight attendant. Right at the moment of coronation, what the actress most wanted was a congratulatory phone call from her grandfather. It sounds simple, but it never happened because Ngoc Phuoc's grandfather passed away 4 years ago. Up to now, she still cannot accept and face this reality.
